Forum Rules


1. Registration

1.1. These Rules may be changed and/or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are a public and openly accessible document. The Site Administration recommends that Users regularly review these Rules for any changes and/or additions. Continued use of the Site after changes and/or additions have been made means that the User accepts and agrees to such changes and/or additions.
Punishment: Account ban or refusal of registration.

1.2. A visitor has the right to register any available nickname without prior notice to the administration; however, the use of obscene words, meaningless character combinations, emojis, email addresses, or domain names as a nickname is prohibited.

1.3. It is prohibited to register a nickname similar to one already existing on the forum that may mislead other forum members.
Punishment: Account ban or refusal of registration.

1.4. It is prohibited to register multiple accounts on the forum or to register new accounts after the main account has been banned. Creating a new account is possible only with the Administration’s permission.

1.5. It is prohibited to attempt to bypass permanent/temporary bans by creating new accounts.
Punishment: Account ban or refusal of registration.


2. General Provisions

2.1. Any type of fraud is prohibited. Fraud on other platforms (including messengers) from accounts identifying you as a user of this forum (same contacts) is prohibited.
Punishment: Account ban until funds (or other property) are returned. The decision is made by an arbitrator.

2.2. Transferring your account to third parties is prohibited. One person – one account. The user agrees not to share personal data received during registration (login, password, authenticator binding code, backup codes). The user bears full responsibility for loss or transfer of such data.
Punishment: Account ban. If your account was hacked, you must submit a support request.

2.3. The user understands that, except as provided by these Rules, the Administration does not participate in forming or using content or controlling access to information. By posting information, including personal data, the User agrees that it may be accessible to other Internet users. The User bears personal responsibility for all posted information and interactions.

2.4. If in doubt about the legality of actions (including posting information), the Administration recommends refraining from such actions. For clarification, submit a request.

2.5. Abuse of the complaint system or interference with the forum team’s activities is prohibited.
Punishment: 5 points for 14 days.

2.6. Public discussion of forum team actions, non-constructive criticism, discussion of bans, or posting on behalf of banned users is prohibited.
Punishment: 5–10 points for 21 days.

2.7. Aggressive or offensive language in comments or messages is prohibited.
Punishment: 1–5 points for 14 days.

2.8. The Administration may establish additional rules for specific sections/subsections.

2.9. Mass private messaging is prohibited.
Punishment: Disabling private messaging (if mass mailing occurred).

2.10. The Administration does not delete accounts, topics, or messages at users’ requests (exceptions possible). You may request deletion via complaint with explanation.

2.11–2.13. The Administration may refuse publication, delete posts, or restrict account access without explanation.

2.14. The forum team is guided by its own ethical and moral standards, which may broaden the scope of violations.

2.15. Nazism, racism, disrespect, and similar views are prohibited.
Punishment: 2–15 points up to 180 days.

2.16. Distribution of malicious files is prohibited.
Punishment: 14 permanent points or account ban.

2.17. Use of link shorteners is prohibited.
Punishment: 2–15 points up to 90 days.

2.18. Impersonating administration or misleading users via signature/status is prohibited.
Punishment: 5–15 points up to 30 days.

2.19. Creating personal styles causing bugs or discomfort is prohibited.
Punishment: Loss of access to the feature.

2.20–2.23. Selling, requesting, leaking, or discussing hidden content (“hide”) is prohibited.
Punishments: 3–15 points depending on violation.

2.24. Artificially boosting reviews of purchased goods is prohibited.
Punishment: 10–15 points up to 90 days.

2.25. Refusing to use the platform’s “Guarantee Service” for deals is prohibited.
Punishment: Account ban or marketplace restriction.

2.26. Participating in giveaways with multiple accounts is prohibited.
Punishment: 10–15 permanent points or account ban.


3. Creating Topics

3.1. Use search before posting; your issue may already be solved.

3.2. Creating topics in the wrong section is prohibited.
Punishment: 2–5 points for 14 days.

3.3. Topic titles must be informative (avoid “urgent”, “help”, etc.).
Punishment: 2–5 points for 14 days.

3.4. Double posting is prohibited.
Punishment: 2–10 points for 14 days.

3.5. “Shouting” titles in ALL CAPS are prohibited.
Punishment: 2–5 points for 14 days.

3.6. Prohibited topics include:

  • Useless content (except Offtopic), screamers, clickbait, shock content
  • Personal disputes
  • Technical support requests in forum sections (use support)
  • Demands to move to external resources

Punishment: 10–15 points up to 180 days.

3.7–3.9. Offensive tags, editing titles to “/del”, or providing guarantee services are prohibited.


4. Posting Messages

4.1. Excessive transliteration or emojis are prohibited.
Punishment: 2–5 points for 14 days.

4.2. Forum Languages Are Nagamese, English, and your own Naga.
Punishment: 2–5 points for 14 days.

4.3. Messages consisting only of emojis or numbers are prohibited.

4.4. One topic – one question.

4.5. Necroposting is prohibited.

4.6. Insulting forum members is prohibited.
Punishment: 5–15 points up to 30 days.

4.7. Offtopic posts are prohibited (except Offtopic section).

4.8. Politics, nationality, race, religion discussions are prohibited.
Punishment: 5–15 points up to 30 days.

4.9. Posting password-protected files is prohibited (except “Cheats” section).

4.10. Low-effort messages like “thanks”, “+1”, etc. are prohibited.

4.11–4.13. Unfounded accusations, false information, and disclosure of personal data are prohibited.

4.14. Topics about third-party loaders are prohibited (deleted).

4.15–4.16. Charity requests (without admin approval) and advertising in others’ topics are prohibited.

4.17. Excessively flashy formatting is prohibited.

4.18. If you solve your issue, describe the solution.

4.19. NSFW content is prohibited.
Punishment: 5–10 points for 21 days.

4.20–4.24. Administration may edit/delete content. Logs must be text (use spoilers if large). Complaints must use the complaint button. Executable files must include VirusTotal link. Requesting personal hidden content is prohibited.


5. Personal Profile

5.1–5.5. Insults, erotic/political/discriminatory content, misleading avatars, excessive pseudographics are prohibited.

5.6. Keep contact information up to date.

5.7. Transaction fees are non-refundable.


6. Reaction System

6.1–6.4. Boosting, buying/selling reactions is prohibited.
Punishment: 5–14 permanent points or ban.

6.5–6.6. Negative reactions out of dislike or coordinated manipulation are prohibited. Positive reactions for meaningless posts are also considered boosting.


7. Trading

7.1–7.9 & 8.0–8.5 Rules include:

  • Clear product titles required
  • No duplicate listings
  • No selling public/free goods
  • No selling others’ goods as your own
  • No illegal goods
  • No selling accounts, bank balances, PayPal, etc.
  • No selling market balance (with limited exceptions)
  • Proof required in reviews
  • No selling external forum profiles
  • No disguising contact details

Violations lead to 2–15 points, up to bans and marketplace access removal.


8. Points System

When reaching:

  • 10 points → Read-only for 1 week
  • 15 points → Read-only for 1 month
  • 20 points → Read-only for 3 months
  • 25 points → Read-only for 6 months
  • 30 points → Read-only for 1 year

“Read-only” means you cannot post, create topics, or react until points expire.


9. Site Content

There is no prohibited information in public access. Closed sections and “hidden” content are private and unmoderated. Disclosure of hidden/closed information is prohibited. Complaints about illegal content are accepted only for publicly accessible content. All site content is posted by users and is not pre-moderated.
