All upgrades, premium memberships and digital products purchased on NagaForum are lifetime purchases unless otherwise stated. We do not charge recurring monthly or annual subscription fees for these upgrades.

2. Upgrade Delivery Time

Once payment is successfully completed:

• Your account upgrade is typically applied within a few minutes.
• In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the upgrade to be processed.

If your upgrade has not been applied after 24 hours, please contact us with:

• Your full name
• Your forum username
• Your transaction ID
• Payment method used

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you pay using Bitcoin or Ethereum, please note:

• Processing time depends on blockchain network confirmations.
• Delays may occur due to network congestion.
• Your upgrade will be applied only after sufficient confirmations are received.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since all purchases are one-time lifetime upgrades, there is:

• No recurring subscription to cancel
• No ongoing billing

If you wish to close your account, you may contact us at any time. However, account closure does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases made on NagaForum are: Final and Non-Refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Failure to read the product description
• Account suspension due to violation of forum rules
• Technical issues caused by user-side problems

• Permanent removal of purchased upgrades
